As a trainee, you will have an exclusive chance to broaden your EU knowledge and obtain insights into the processes and policies of the European Institutions and agencies. Besides, as a trainee, you will be entitled to receive a living allowance of EUR 1,196 per month and medical insurance for the duration of your traineeship.
Quick notes on the eligibility:
All EU citizens regardless of age, are eligible to apply. Further, a limited number of places are also allocated to non-EU nationals;
The traineeship programme is open to university graduates;
Have an excellent knowledge (C level as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) of two EU official languages, one of which must be a procedural language: English or French or German. For non-EU nationals, only one procedural language is required;
Have no prior work experience of any kind, above six weeks in any EU institution, body or agency, EU delegations, with Members of Parliament (MEPs) or Advocates General at the EUCJ.
